PlanDrawBuild was set up to fill a gap in the architectural design market. That gap being an affordable, cost-effective architectural service aimed at property owners wishing to make alterations to the house they live in. All of us who working at PlanDrawBuild have worked in large practices previously and it became obvious that office overhead costs always gets passed on to the client, but we don’t believe in doing that here. We also discovered that small, medium and large architects’ practices charge more because they have to or because of the prestige of employing an architect. We also know that some architects’ practices are only interested in larger projects but we think differently; we think the smaller projects are actually more interesting!
